Jade Leffingwell is a physical therapist at Joy Therapy and Learning Center, working with children from birth to 21.
Physical therapy at our practice addresses how a child moves: rolling, sitting, crawling, walking, running and climbing, along with the strength, balance, endurance and coordination underneath them. Our physical therapists see infants for concerns such as torticollis, and older children for gait, endurance and rehabilitation after surgery or injury.
Parents are partners in every service we provide. You are welcome in sessions, and you should expect to leave with something specific to continue at home rather than a general instruction to practice more.
Personal biography to come. This section carries the clinician's own words: their background, the ages and needs they most enjoy working with, and what families can expect from them. We do not write biographical copy on a named clinician's behalf.
