What it is like to work here

Our environment is informal, friendly and fun. We welcome educated conversation about therapeutic direction, and clinicians here are expected to have opinions and to raise them. Problem solving is collaborative rather than handed down.

We offer flexibility and we mean it. A healthy balance between work and life is treated as a condition of doing this job well over a long career, not as a benefit we advertise and then quietly discourage.

Because we have four disciplines under one roof, clinicians here work alongside colleagues in other specialties on shared cases. That is unusual, and it is one of the main reasons therapists tell us they stay.

Who we look for

Licensed clinicians who like working with children and families, who take personal responsibility for their caseload, and who are comfortable teaching parents rather than only treating children. Experience in pediatrics helps. A genuine interest in it matters more.
