About Aubri

Aubri Gremore is a Registered Behavior Technician at Joy Therapy and Learning Center. Aubri has worked with children since 2020. She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis through Ball State University. Her experience includes autism spectrum disorder, behavior support, social skills, and daily living skills.

Aubri has always loved working with children and helping them learn, grow, and feel confident in themselves. A good day at work for her is building a genuine connection with a child and seeing even the little moments of progress that make a difference. Aubri is CPR and First Aid certified. When she is not in the clinic, she enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring the mountains, being around animals, spending time with family and friends, and getting creative with hobbies like pottery and music.

About ABA therapy at Joy Therapy

ABA at our practice begins with an assessment of what a behavior is accomplishing for a child, because a behavior that looks disruptive is usually solving a problem the child has no better way to solve. Programs are written around communication, autonomy and skills that serve the child, and they are revised against session data rather than repeated. Parent training runs alongside every program.

Parents are partners in every service we provide. You are welcome in sessions, and you should expect to leave with something specific to continue at home rather than a general instruction to practice more.
