The administrative team is usually the first person a family speaks to and the one they keep speaking to. They handle intake paperwork, verify benefits before a family commits to anything, book and rebook appointments around school and work, and answer the billing questions that arrive after a statement does. Getting this right is what lets therapy start sooner and keeps a family from having to chase us for an answer.
